Membership Terms & Disclaimer

Cancellation Policy: Executive Membership requires 30 days written notice to cancel. Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or SMS and are effective at the end of the billing period following the required 30-day notice period. Partial months are not prorated or refunded.

Vehicle Availability: Palm Beach Private Rides operates a multi-vehicle fleet. While every effort is made to accommodate member preferences, specific vehicle availability cannot be guaranteed for any individual booking. Vehicle assignment is subject to availability at the time of reservation. Palm Beach Private Rides reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equivalent or superior quality as needed.
